If you do make the decision to cancel and you want to receive refund for your registration fee, then you need to ensure that you have your cancellation processed at least four weeks before the event take place. Take note that this will entitle you to a total of 50% refund. It is not possible to get a full refund. If you cancel your booking less than four weeks to the event date, then you will not get any refund.

If you happen to be a presenter at a conference, you should note that the presentation that you provide will be used by the organizers even after the conference. It shall provide information to other charity leaders in a range of sectors. Furthermore, your contact information may be made available if you permit it, so that you can be contacted in the event that others have direct questions that they need to ask you.
